PropaneTankDeals Refund Policy

 

Effective Date: 18/09/2023

 

1. Unused Propane Refunds

 

Customers may request a refund for unused propane remaining in their tank upon account closure.

 

Refunds will be issued based on the current market rate for propane at the time of the refund request.

 

An inspection and final meter/tank reading may be required before issuing the refund.

 

A service or pump-out fee may apply if propane must be removed from the tank.

 

2. Prepaid Account Balances

 

If a customer has a remaining balance on a prepaid account, they may request a refund at any time.

 

Refunds on prepaid amounts will be processed within 30 business days of request.

 

 

3. Equipment Deposits

 

Any refundable equipment deposits (e.g., Tank Rentals or Regulators, Shipping Container) will be returned once all equipment is inspected and returned in good condition.

 

Damage, excessive wear, or missing equipment may reduce or forfeit the refund amount.

 

4. Non-Refundable Charges

 

The following are non-refundable:

 

Delivery fees once propane has been delivered

 

Installation or labor charges

 

Service call or emergency visit free

 

Regulatory inspection or permit free
