2. Delivery Timeframes

Tank/Emergency Deliveries: Same-day or next-day delivery may be available for urgent need

 

3. Delivery Requirements

 

To ensure a safe and successful delivery:

 

A clear and accessible path to the tank is required.

 

Someone 18 years or older may need to be present for new tank installations or first-time deliveries.

 

Driveways and tank areas must be free of obstructions, including snow or debris.

5. Missed Deliveries

 

If delivery is not possible due to blocked access or unsafe conditions, a missed delivery may apply. We will reschedule at the next available time.

Propane and other gas-related products are regulated by the SA Department of Transportation and other agencies. We comply with all hazardous material handling, transport, and safety regulations. Some items may not be eligible for standard shipping and require delivery by certified personnel only.

 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

 

If you receive damaged equipment or an incorrect shipment:

 

Notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

 

We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
