Carbon steel tank S235 JR, watertight electro-welded, sandblasted and oven-baked powder coated.
Rust protection: Primed with an anti-rust layer and finished with green paint.
Support: Four anti-roll support legs.
Pressure testing: Tank is pressure-tested.
Manhole: Diameter of 400mm with a gasket and bolted cover, thickness of 10mm.
Filling: 3-inch lockable filling quick plug.
Overfill prevention: Mechanical overfill prevention valve calibrated to interrupt fuel flow at 90% of tank’s geometric capacity.
Ventilation: Vent device with a flame arrestor mesh positioned 240 cm from the ground.
Float operation: Mechanical float-operated tank.
Contents gauge: Features planetary gear and adjustable scale in centimetres.
Connection: Suction and return plugs ready for connection to a generator or other equipment. Suction line includes foot valve and strainer.
Drainage: Drainage point with safety cap for routine maintenance and cleaning.
Safety: Earthing and equipotential connection.
